Limeade is the secret ingredient here. Sometimes lemon-lime mixers are too tart and get old after after a few sips, but the limeade has less bite.

I agree! Limeade is by far the best addition to a margarita - perfect mix of sweet and tart.

Chimayo Margarita (Great Park City restaurant) is similiar:
3 or 4 parts frozen concentrate lemon-lime mix (I use limeade instead too!)
1 part frozen orange-pineapple-banana concentrate(or passion fruit tropical fruit mix, etc)
1.5 oz. Milagro Silverado tequila
Gran Marnier orange liqueur
Serve over ice cubes
Garnish:
Coarse salt
Lime wedges
